iScope® Fluorescence Microscope
The iScope is available in various configurations suitable for Life and Biomedical Sciences, high schools, universities but also for routine medical applications. This microscope is a state-of-the-art instrument suitable for fluorescence applications in Life Science and Biotechnical fields.

Models
The iScope® fluorescence microscopes are available with 6-position rotating or 3-position slider attachments, supplied with a 100 W HBO mercury vapor light source and standard filter sets.

Specifications
Extended Wide Field EWF 10x/22 mm eyepieces, Ø 30 mm tubes. Secured and supplied with eyecups.
Siedentopf trinocular head with 30° inclined tubes. Interpupillary distance 48-76 mm. Unique rotating system for ergonomic high/low positioning. The trinocular head has a light path selector (100:0 / 50:50) and a Ø 23.2 mm photo tube.
Revolving quintuple reversed nosepiece on ball bearings.
Infinity Corrected (IOS) objectives. All optics are anti-fungus treated and anti-reflection coated.
• E-Plan EPLi IOS & Plan PLi IOS: Suitable for Blue and Green standard filter sets.
• Plan Fluarex PLFi IOS: Suitable for the entire spectrum, including Ultra Violet and Violet.
S40x and S100x objectives are spring-loaded.
187/230 x 140 mm rackless stage with integrated 79 x 52 mm X-Y mechanical stage. Designed for smooth, safe movements.
Coaxial coarse and fine adjustments, 200 graduations (1 μm precision). Total travel approx 24 mm. Adjustable rack stop and friction control.
Standard brightfield Abbe N.A. 1.25 condenser. Also accepts sliders for economical phase contrast or darkfield stops. Optional Zernike phase contrast condenser available.
100 W HBO mercury vapor light source, supplied with an external power supply and standard filter sets (Blue and Green excitation). LED sources (4 or 9 wavelengths) are optionally available.
3 W adjustable Köhler NeoLED illumination with internal 100-240 V power supply.
The iCare Sensor switches off illumination when the user is away. The Cable Storage System (CSS) allows easy stowing of the power cable.
Supplied with power cord, dust cover, spare fuse, user manual, and 5 ml immersion oil. Fluorescence models include a UV protection shield.
