iScope® – A Masterpiece in Microscopy
The iScope is available in various configurations suitable for Life and Biomedical Sciences, high schools, universities but also for routine medical applications. Besides the brightfield contrast method, configurations for phase contrast, cardioid mirror darkfield, basic polarization and several epi-illumination sources for fluorescence applications can be used. iScope models with multi-heads are also available for teaching purposes.

Specifications
Extended Wide Field EWF plan 10x eyepieces with 20 mm field of view (for finity corrected) or HWF plan 10x/22 mm eyepieces (for infinity corrected). Diopter adjustment on both eyepieces (IOS models).
Binocular and trinocular Siedentopf type heads with 30° inclined tubes. Interpupillary distance 48-76 mm. Unique rotating system allows for ergonomic high/low positioning. Trinocular head comes with a Ø 23.2 mm photo port and optical path selector (100:0 / 50:50).
Revolving quintuple reversed nosepiece for max. five objectives.
A wide range of 45 mm parafocal objectives are available, including E-Plan, E-Plan IOS, Plan IOS, and Plan Phase IOS. All optics are anti-fungus treated and anti-reflection coated. S40x and S100x objectives are spring-loaded.
Can be equipped with three types of stages (designed for 2 slides): 156×138 mm mechanical stage, 187/230×140 mm rackless stage, or 220×157 mm ceramic stage. Heating stages are optional.
Coaxial coarse and fine adjustments with 200 graduations (1 μm precision). Total travel approx 24 mm. Adjustable rack stop and friction control.
Available options include height adjustable Abbe N.A. 1.25, Zernike phase contrast disc condenser, simple phase contrast slider condensers, and a darkfield cardioid mirror condenser with 3W LED.
3 W adjustable NeoLED diascopic illumination with internal 100-240 V power supply. Köhler illumination is standard on IOS models.
Automatically memorizes the last used illumination intensity for each objective, providing consistent brightness and reducing eye strain.
The iCare Sensor switches off illumination when the user is away. The Cable Storage System (CSS) allows easy stowing of the power cable.
